"no matter what, you're always going in the right direction"

this dress made me think of how i've navigated my own gender over the years, and how every choice and expression and revelation led me to where i am, and how all of those moments build the path i'm creating for myself through the gender garden.

some of the stepping stones won't be returned to, but i needed them to get me to the next stone that did give me a jolt of gender euphoria, yknow? finding out what doesn't work is just as important as finding what does - so that you can set boundaries and continue to make your self care practice work for the you that exists right now!

all that to say - i hope whichever direction you're going in feels good, or if it doesn't, i hope it feels better soon. i'm grateful to get to love and know so many people who are building their own paths, and if you are feeling lonely please reach out!

sappiness aside, this is a really light and flowy dress that has arrows pointing in all directions, now with a trans flag ice dyed on top. there's a cute sort of cutout feature along the sleeves and around the back of the chest, but it's not too skin-showy! sizing depends on how tight or long you prefer your dresses.
