simply ice and purple/pink/blue dye made these NEAT leggings!!! painted stars are speckled across the front and back.
these mostly cotton leggings are a comfy mid rise - they'd be great under a long shirt or dress or perfect for lounging around the house! they might be okay for exercise if you are into wearing cotton for that!

these are new, they were part of a bulk order when i needed to order a special item for a custom, so the elastic is new. these won't be a regular product so act fast if you want these!

comes prewashed so you don't have to worry about it dyeing your other clothes :)
